I’ve spent the last few years building my career in finance while also creating spaces for others to grow. Mentoring has been a constant thread for me: first as a mentee, then attempting to bring Deloitte’s YOUnext programme from Zurich to Prague, speaking about it at a VOGUE conference in Prague.
Today, I co-lead the programme in Switzerland, connecting ambitious female students with female leaders from Deloitte AG. Alongside my professional work, I was honored to be named a One Young World Switzerland National Champion 2025.
For me, the real achievements are the conversations that inspire change.
Anna Zackova

I miss Switzerland, but I don’t regret coming back. After six years of research in Switzerland, I decided to return to the Czech Republic. What led me to this decision? What is it like to come back from a well-established international environment to the domestic academic scene? And what surprised me—both pleasantly and unpleasantly? In my talk, I will focus less on the professional work itself and more on the return process: motivation, expectations, reality, and the experiences from my first year back.

Workshops
You can register for specific workshops on the day of the event at the registration desk.
Don' t be a Foreigner Abroad - Radim Pařík
Speaking a foreign language isn’t enough when you're abroad — the key to success is earning trust. In this workshop, you’ll learn negotiation techniques used by professional negotiators and seasoned diplomats to build relationships, even in the most challenging situations.
At the core is tactical empathy — the ability to truly understand another person’s perspective, not to agree with them, but to see the world through their eyes. Empathy is not sympathy — but when people feel understood, sympathy and rapport naturally follow. And with that comes a willingness to cooperate.
You’ll learn practical techniques. Discover the true meaning of the word “manipulation.” Understand the power of genuine interest in others.
People will be up to six times more likely to say yes. And the best part — you’ll be able to apply these skills immediately after the workshop, whether you're dealing with business partners, officials, family members, or just everyday communication in a foreign country.
No gimmicks. Just a strategy that works.
Build the Duck - Romana Procházková
Experience the power of different perspectives in this hands-on workshop based on the Lego® Serious Play® method. The assignment sounds simple: “Build a duck using 6 bricks in 60 seconds.” But behind this seemingly easy task lies a wealth of lessons about leadership. This workshop takes you from a playful activity to deep insights into the diversity of thought within teams.
You will learn how to:
-
Recognize and value different approaches to problem-solving
-
Develop emotional intelligence in everyday work situations
-
Break through habitual thinking patterns in leadership
-
Leverage diverse viewpoints as a competitive advantage
Join us to discover how a simple game can transform your approach to leading people!
Personal Excellency - Jiří Juránek
How can you thrive in an environment full of challenges, competition, and constant pressure to perform? How do you stay energized and keep your direction? In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore what personal excellence means in practice—and how to consciously develop it even in demanding professional and life situations. We’ll also look at which tools from the world of Business Excellence can be effectively applied on a personal level. Participants will clarify their vision, identify what drives them forward, and gain practical tools for their continued growth. The workshop integrates elements of self-awareness, personal leadership, and principles from the Business Excellence framework. Suitable for professionals from any field who want to fully realize their potential.
How to Read People - Dana Makovičková
There are many personality typologies out there. But the Enneagram—when approached pragmatically—can teach you how to benefit from understanding even the seemingly incomprehensible behavior of those around you. In this introductory workshop, I’ll show you how different personality types react under pressure, what drives them, and why we sometimes miss each other even when we’re working toward the same goal. We’ll explore motivations, blind spots, and triggers that often lead to misunderstandings. Whether you're navigating relationships at work or at home, you'll leave with practical guidance on how to read others and act in ways that make cooperation and coexistence smoother. Practical. No fluff. Clearly applicable to real life.
A taster that opens the door to greater confidence—in your relationships and in yourself.
You can register for specific workshops on the day of the event at the registration desk.
